5. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

The Services does not offer users to submit or post content.

We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Services, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, "Contributions").

6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You and Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide and your choices (including settings).

By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions.

You retain full ownership of all your Contributions and related intellectual property rights.

  3. refuse or restrict access to Contributions;
  4. remove excessive files and content;

We reserve the right to deny access to and use of the Services, terminate your account, or block IP addresses for any reason, including breach of these Legal Terms.

The Parties agree to attempt informal negotiations for at least 30 days before arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Arbitration Rules.

12. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

13. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR LIABILITY SHALL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US OR £50.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

  1. use of the Services;
  2. breach of these Legal Terms;
  3. violation of your representations;
  4. violation of third-party rights;
  5. harmful acts toward other users.
